This year's silver winners in the Metal Speedway League and cup winners of Metal4 are now expanding the team management staff with a view to season 2022. Ib Pedersen and Claus Ørts change roles, while Ole Jakobsen takes over as strategist in relation to technique and regulations.

The successful team leader Ib Pedersen has chosen to take a step back and leave the team leader role to Claus Ørts, who has so far worked as an assistant at SES - Sønderjylland Elite Speedway.

- It's quite undramatic. I need a little less responsibility, but I am still passionate about the SES project, so I look forward to continuing in the staff and giving Claus Ørts 100 % support in the coming years, says Ib Pedersen.

- Ib and Claus have been an excellent duo in 2021, which the results testify to, and when Ib wants to slow down a bit, it is great that we can maintain the same team management, says director Jacob Olsen from Speed1Way, who is behind SES - Sønderjylland Elite Speedway and Vojens Speedway Center.

At the same time, the staff is being expanded to a trio.

SES also associates Ole Jakobsen who is an expert in regulations and technical regulations in relation to the Danish league. Jakobsen has previously been a mechanic for drivers such as Tom Knudsen and Rune Holta, but he has also served on several committees under the Danish Motor Union.
