PGE Extra League: 11th round - Lightning fast Mikkel Michelsen

The 11th round of the best Polish league PGE Ekstraliga has been run over the weekend. Mikkel Michelsen shows once again what top form he is currently in. Janowski and Wrocław do not make the battle for the 1st place easy for world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik and Danish champion Anders Thomsen, and the rest of Stal Gorzów.

02/07/21 - Motor Lublin vs. Marwis.pl Falubaz Zielona Góra

Mikkel Michelsen was ready for the home team in Friday's match against Australian Max Fricke and the rest Falubaz Zielona Góra team. Michelsen scored 14 points out of 15 possible, and was crucial for the home team's victory.

Leon Madsen, Jonas Jeppesen, Fredrik Lindgren and the rest of Włókniarz Częstochowa were visited by Stal Gorzów with names like Bartosz Zmarzlik, Anders Thomsen and Martin Vaculik. Danish Marcus Birkemose was not with the away team. 

Leon Madsen and Jakub Miśkowiak were the only ones who fought for the home team with 11 points each. Otherwise, it was a tame crew. World champion Zmarzlik scored maximum points - 15 out of 15. The rest of the away team had a really good match. Anders Thomsen got 10 points.

Emil Sayfutdinov and Jason Doyle, along with the rest of Fogo Unia Leszno, had to face Tai Woffinden, Maciej Janowski and the other riders from Betard Sparta Wrocław, who leads the PGE Extra League.

It was otherwise a very close race with only 8 points difference. But the away team managed to take the victory and stay in 1st place ahead of Stal Gorzów.
