Ovethi becomes title sponsor in Vojens

The Finnish company A / S Ovethi - Dansk Dæk Service - has become a title sponsor when writing Danish speedway history in August. The Vojens Speedway Center is thus guaranteed the optimal grip when the legendary stadium, after five years of standstill, blends in for a world-class international race. On August 10, the Speedway Euro Championship Ovethi 3rd round, Vojens.

The defending Danish European champion and recent Warsaw Grandprix winner, Leon Madsen, together with the other Danish speedway stars in this year's European Championship series, get the best conditions to make a good figure in the race which, as you know, marks Vojens Speedway Center's return as international speedway mecca.

"We are proud and happy that such a reputable and strong brand as Ovethi is now supporting the opening of the new era in Vojens," says Jacob1 Olsen of Speed1way, who runs the national speedway arena.

- We know Ovethi from their long-standing commitment to Danish speedway, and we know it is a solid company in strong growth and operations. Ovethi's profile, which sells tires and rims of any size, fits well with the Danish speedway environment, emphasizes Jacob Olsen and refers to Ovethi's involvement in several clubs and riders such as Peter Kildemand and U21 national team captain Frederik Jakobsen.

Ovethi's CEO Thomas Thinggaard also sees a clear synergy between the speedway and the company's many departments, especially in Funen and Jutland.

- Many of our customers are generally interested in motorsport. But the speedway has the nobility of getting close to the stars and getting autographs and pictures. We emphasize this kind of closeness, says Thomas Thinggaard.

- That it is also the opening race in Jacob Olsen's new direction, also matters to Ovethi. We will not lose the chance to contribute to speedway history, says Thomas Thinggaard.

A / S Ovethi - Dansk Dæk Service - was founded in 1954 and today employs approx. 70 employees. The company imports and markets all recognized quality brands of tires, rims and wheels for all purposes. For passenger cars and vans, 4 × 4, trucks, agricultural machinery and industry - a large as well as retail.

Behind the company name hides the first name of the company's founder Ove Sørensen and the family name Thinggaard.

The Polish organizer of the European Championship series, One Sport, also welcomes Ovethi's sponsorship.
