The 40-year-old double team world champion and grand prix winner Hans Andersen will be on the field when SES - Sønderjylland Elite Speedway meets Nordjyske in Brovst on Wednesday. This gives the Danish champion Anders Thomsen a break in the Metal Speedway League.

The change is quite undramatic, as the SES management of course wants to test Hans Andersen, and give him a debut on the South Jutland team.
There is re-election on the SES team's other places, compared to last week's showdown at Vojens Speedway Center, where SES lost to Slangerup.
A win is a requirement for SES if one is still to be in play to reach a semi-final in the upcoming League Cup.
Hans Andersen was most recently in action on Saturday. He scored 9 + 1 for Latvian Daugavpils, who run in the third best Polish league. The opponent at Lokomotiwa Stadium was German Landshut, which has two SES drivers on the team, in the form of Kai Huckenbeck and Norik Blödorn.
With three heat victories and 12 points in his Polish league debut, the young Norick Blödorn has impressed the Polish press. However, he is still on the reserve bench at SES, compared to the Metal Speedway League.
Wednesday's match starts at 6.30 pm in Brovst.
