The drivers for Friday's final in the U21 team WC in speedway - SON2 - have been selected and they are reported ready to fight for the title at home in Vojens. It will be SES - Sønderjylland Elite Speedway drivers Benjamin Basso, Jonas Knudsen and GSK Grindsted's Kevin Juhl Pedersen.

It will be a four-day speedway party, which will be launched at the Vojens Speedway Center already on Wednesday with the first semi-final in the team WC (Speedway of Nations - SON).
The big WC final with the qualified nations will be held on Saturday, but already on Friday speedway fans can experience the international speedway star of the future competing for the U21 WC team title, also called SON 2.
The national coach believes in great support from the Danish fans when Benjamin Basso and Jonas Knudsen, with Kevin Juhl Pedersen as reserve, take to the field and hopefully win the U21 WC title on Danish soil:
- I expect that many will make their way past Vojens to cheer on our U21 drivers. The support means a lot to them, so the more red and white there is in the stands, the greater the fighting spirit. And they deserve the support, because they all come with great results in their backpacks and the experience needed to win the WC gold in Vojens, says national coach Hans Nielsen.
SON 2 will be run on Friday 29/7 at Vojens Speedway Center at 19.00 and can be seen live on Discovery+.
Denmark is qualified in the SON 2 final as host nation.
