The five-time Slovenian Grand Prix winner and tdl. European champion, Matej Zagar, will be a tough challenge when SES - Sønderjylland Elite Speedway, on Wednesday sets course for Brovst, to meet Nordjyske Elite Speedway.
As you know, SES lost the opening match against Holsted Tigers last week, but Nordjyske also had to bite the slag, and lost by as much as 20 points to Esbjerg.
Therefore, both teams are hoping for success and points on the account on Wednesday.
SES has chosen the same squad that lost 40-44 to the reigning Danish champions, and that means re-election to Nicolai Kindt who had a disappointing season opener at Vojens Speedway Center with only 5 points.
- It is important for us that Nicolai Klindt gets off to a better start. He is a class driver who can deliver much more, and of course we make room for that, says SES Team Leader Claus Ørts.
At the same match last year, Nicolai Klindt scored three heat victories and 9 points before the race was canceled due to heavy rain. It was also at the same event that the SES profile Kai Huckenbeck was subjected to a violent crash, which sent the German by helicopter for examination at Aalborg Hospital.
SES won by 30-11.
The race starts at 18.30 at Sparekassen Danmark Speedway Arena in Brovst and can be followed on live stream: speedwayligaen.dk
