Denmark's National Speedway Arena gets a new stadium inspector for the new year, because Kim Schrøder, after 6 years in the post, is looking for new challenges.

This is an undramatic change between two people who have both had a long connection to Vojens Speedway Center. The new man in the demanding job will be Jens Forum from Sommersted.
- I have for a long time been toying with the idea of trying something new, and need a break from speedway, says Kim Schrøder, and therefore he also leaves the board of Vojens Speedway Klub.
As a child, Kim Schrøder drove an 85cc speedway. Since then he became a machinist, lived two periods in the United States, and then he was trained as a butcher at Coop.
Schrøder returned to speedway as an Old Boys driver before being hired by Ole Olsen in 2013
- Kim has in every way been a big profile in Vojens Speedway Klub, and he was a huge support when I took over the center three years ago, and we began a comprehensive and necessary renovation, says Jacob Olsen.
- I would like to thank Kim for his great efforts, and I wish him all the best of luck in the future, says Jacob Olsen.
However, Olsen did not have to look long to find a replacement, in the form of Jens Forum who has previously been employed at Vojens Speedway Center. Forum has also had a role of building one-time courts at international stadiums in connection with the World Cup Grand Prix series.
In recent years, Jens Forum has been a volunteer with a focus on track service, during races at the legendary stadium.
- Yes, I know both the stadium and the machine park very well, so I look forward to my new job, says Jens Forum, who is leaving a job at the warehouse at Gram Commercial in Vojens in favor of the speedway sport.
